The ever busy Virgins may feel a little frustrated at a lack of progress. Mercury remains retrograde until the 18th. That always brings delays and postponements. All forms of communication are likely to be rough. Care must be taken with financial transactions. Dealing in person is the only way to be sure you are safe. With Mercury causing glitches, your thoughts may not be free of electrical lapses. The best activity during a monetary slow down is to do repairs and deal with unfinished business from the past. The earnings will pick up again during the final 2 weeks of October. The 1st is not the best with your paramour. Words are better not spoken that day. The 3rd is a better day to talk. Old memories can bring laughter. The 5th is a day of compromise with a partner, but it can lead to a place you have only imagined. If this be the case, it means there can be a month on a higher level of love. The 9th is a supercharger for the passions. This can be a nice pursuit while other matters are on hold. Unexpected changes are likely on the 12th. Some plans may be put off until the 28th. The 16th has a way of cooling your inner lava flow. Your overheated condition from running to keep up, now becomes a casual stroll through nature’s beauty, so to speak. The restorative feeling you have carries you into the 18th where your gears begin to turn again and life makes sense again. The Full Moon on the 20th could represent an ending of some kind, but because it’s in Aries it also represents a strong new beginning. Your adaptable nature makes it easy to hook into the changes. The final week is a chance to explain or correct any misunderstandings from earlier this month. The 24th relates to something from the 12th and the 30th relates to something on the 5th of October. Mercury lures you into a better earning situation. It’s always a matter of choice with Mercury. You either take an action, or you decide not to take an action. The latter is all too frequent if you know what I mean. So, like the German piano tuner, Opporknockity, who only tunes once, you have a good chance to enhance your finances if you choose to do so. The 4th can be constructive on many levels. A good day to pour foundations of all kinds. The 8th can get a little confusing, but you are a mutable Sign, which means you can adjust to changes and obstacles. The 10th is good for researching solutions to an annoying problem. As the Full Moon arrives on the 20th, you could be finishing a phase of an ongoing project. You seem to develop an intuitive power with others. Intuition and reality will merge on this Full Moon. Jupiter is closely aligned with this Lunar event. You could enjoy the study of ancient cultures. Jupiter adds an element of good fortune. You may find lost valuables. Lost souls are a different matter and that fills your thoughts on the 22nd. It’s a good time to reflect on the people we give our power to. Do we have excess power that we need to give to another person or authority? Sometimes, for the betterment of all, maybe. Thankfully, there will be some people who develop super-strong anti-bodies by not taking the shots. Why aren’t we talking about natural preventative methods? A perfect perfection would be perfect if you could just hold it close to your  heart and mind. That’s the Great White Whale for a Virgo. The month starts off with your attempt to change an outmoded structure with the power of your words. You may have some support from an authority figure, so make your statement. There can be trouble on the 3rd as a few people may become irrational about your words. The 7th can be a very nice day, but there are a few alterations required. There may be some alterations on the 9th you might wish to do to someone you met on the 7th. Jupiter has just retreated from Pisces, back into Aquarius. This can affect one of your close relationships, requiring your time and care. This is to be expected until year’s end. Sometimes, even those in perfect health would love to have a caregiver. That’s another topic, however. Before leaving Leo, on the 11th, Mercury tries to involve you in a crisis of some kind. Before you provide the solution, you might let the crisis come to a peak first. This could help someone grow with their self-reliance. Just sayin’, ya know. Your energy builds to robustness on the 18th. You will need that energy on the 16th as you are able to do the hard work to fix a long-standing (or falling apart) matter. The 20th looks to be a lot more fun as others fill your mind with joyfulness and great information. Confusion rules the 24th. Pay extra attention to driving stupidity from others on the road. Some intriguing news arrives to start your day on the 26th. You could be a life saver that day if you run across a life to save. The 27th is about health. There is a chance that you could find, by seeking, a natural treatment with a possible cure to an unhealthy affliction. This can work for you or someone you are trying to help get better.

The Sun can sometimes be an annoying aspect i.e. when you can’t escape your current conditions to follow the Sun. If unencumbered, this can be a time to reap profits from life and your work. Goals can be realized, or at least advanced, in the well-lit areas of your hopes and dreams. Friends come to you in greater numbers than usual. They need your emotional support. Some need to be mothered. It seems to be an underlying condition that was caused by our year of withdrawal from each other. You long for the sweetness of years ago, when people lived by a code, within social norms. So, this can be a somber phase for the first 3 weeks until you decide to take the bull by the horns, near the 20th. That day can turn you into a lightning woman with an electrical essence to strike with the Truth, verbally. So, mostly you will tend to hang back until the full Moon of the 23rd. Then your lightning would strike only as a public service. Your observations are perfectly correct, but will they change anyone? Is it enough to know the Truth within yourself? You can at least share it with a friend, or three. The final 9 days are refreshing as friends may rejuvenate you with happy memories. A former beneficial friend could reappear around the 25th. Use caution. With just a little tweaking, the 27th can turn into a joyful experience. Your mind is alive and you need to write. Short trips become necessary.

Hopefully, you are dealing effectively with the retrograde Mercury until the 22nd when it will turn forward in apparent motion. The focus for the working Virgins is on the career, along with your good reputation through meritorious good deeds. It is a perfect time to make repairs or correct any problems with your life-work, or ambitions. The 5th is not the most ideal day as Mercury brings up a sad situation from the past. Your mood can suddenly be brightened by a positive personality on the 10th. Mercury is closely connected to the New Moon Eclipse energy of the 10th. You may find your mind becoming overloaded with responsibility for some time to come. It will be hard to maintain a positive attitude, but that is the best way to survive with your sanity during this long-term influence. Outside of the aggravation from this lingering cosmic event, you will, at least, feel some relief when Mercury turns direct on the 22nd. Progress returns and you are able to express yourself clearly, again. You are better able to defend any character assassination attempts. Things go better at work, and that is critical to your nature. Your focused efforts to correct problems has paid off. You are also able to discredit any slander being flung at your reputation. Now, you are free to find joy in the work you do, once again. That is a very joyful place for the Worker Sign of Virgo. You may receive an honor this month because of your concern for others. Friends will soon fill your life, and your goals will be realized.

A perfect World starts with a perfect thought. May starts with deep thoughts regarding your security and physical needs. Responsibilities are always part of the Virgo life, but when big problems arise it can be challenging, as you see on the 3rd. It’s not insurmountable. It just puts the laughter on mute for a few days. Then more responsibilities are found as you delve into your long-range work goals. This will be a 30 day period for those concerns, like it is every year at this time. Work and struggles seem to be part of your very existence. That can be good as well as fulfilling to the Virgins. All but 2 of the planets are currently in compatible Signs to start the month, so you are supported by good energy as you plod along. You can draw strength from your personal philosophy, which is crammed full of wisdom at this time. The 12th is a great day to build or plan, and your mind has great ideas to put into motion. The 22nd is not so great to find beauty or ideals. It’s a soft effect on your brain and it passes quickly. A peaceful time of beauty and love arrives on the 29th as you put down your work tools and go searching for love. Mercury turns retrograde on that day, and it stays that way for 3 weeks. It can be a time to go back over your recent work to correct any flaws or weaknesses. The Universe wants to help you to make improvements to your life pursuits while building your standing in the World. You may have to redo your way of thinking to attract the conditions and people you need. Just a little tweaking is all you need because you’re almost perfect already.
