LEO (7/23-8/22): The Lion’s roar is less about “look at me” and more focused on the work that needs to be done before the cooler days of fall and colder days of winter. That’s what the harvest season is all about. The Virgo month has us all turning to serious matters of assuring our survival and making repairs where needed while the Sun shines warmly. Our food choices become paramount because this is a time to practice good health, which is found in what we eat to strengthen our bodies for winter. Exercise can bring us to a perfect physical condition, which is what Neanderthals knew was important for winter survival. They didn’t have Planet Fitness to help them. Actually the planet encouraged their fitness. Physical challenges become a reality during September. Working to gather our crops was a common workout at one time, but not so much anymore. The Libra part of September shows how society has become the means to our survival. We don’t all have to hunt and gather, fortunately, but there is always an inner calling to make our world better, and that takes work. The Lion Clan are able to work as hard as anyone else, and we see them rising from their cushions of comfort to get physical like everyone else. There is still time to be social as you see on the 11th as old friends are ready to party. That means adjusting your plans to do that. On the 16th, there is the temptation to escape into a dreamstate of irresponsibility, but a restless spirit keeps your nose to the grindstone, as they say. The 18th has deep spiritual meaning for you, and all of us who are in touch with that. The Sun moves into Libra on the 22nd. This is a time to wash up for the finer attributes of living. The work is done. The crops are in. The shingles are replaced. And our health is strengthened by good immune building practices. Now, “man” turns to see who “he” can find to cuddle up and work with to get through the fall and winter. The Leo bunch gets messages from the past on the 23rd. Dreams of happier times fill your head on the 26th. Sometimes, people can change to make an almost perfect relationship less toxic. Lots going on as we find our equilibrium with others.
