Virgo (8/23-9/22): Your hard working nature will have more traction after the 3rd, when Mercury turns forward in it’s apparent motion again. There is a “shadow phase” of Mercury that happens for several days before and after the 3 weeks of retrograde. This phase includes the degrees that Mercury covered during those 3 weeks. Fortunately, this shadow phase is not a big issue. The forward motion of Mercury can easily resolve any unfinished business as it passes over those difficult degrees. The 11th can be a time to think deeply on love and life. You may be surprised at how accepting you can be about some emotional issues. If you are in a position to speak to power or groups of people, your words can bring dramatic changes where needed. The 14th brings you to a different energy as Mercury transits into Aquarius. Though this is not a Sign of compatibility for Virgos, it is easy to make adjustments that will be required for a few weeks. There are likely to be some health issues, but those can be avoided by practicing good health. Your Sign Ruler, Mercury, will love the wealth of data and knowledge to be gained, but a lot of that process involves work. You can handle that. The 24th can be too much excitement. The FYI can be TMI. Not a good day to be on a journey of any kind. Friends have a lot to say after mid-month. You will need to schedule all they have to tell you. You may need to sift through a lot of dirt to find the gold. Watch your speed these last two weeks of February. Let yourself feel the love of this month. Find a good cuddle partner. Love is a tidal wave this month; overpowering.

LEO (7/23-8/22): The cold of winter begins to ease and your heart beats joyfully at the thought of that. Winter tries to thwart your happy glow, but it would take a ton of winters to do that. This is always a time of year to focus on your relationship to everything outside of yourself. How do you relate to the people you see, or a tree, or the path you have taken? You are an example of how a healthy person needs to be with the world. Your optimism exceeds the bounds of caution, at times. You always seem to land on your feet. You deserve that protection from the Universe. You’re the driver, though. The 4th is a day of significance in some way. Someone close to you may need cheering up. It can be a hard day at work to finish things up before the weekend. The Full Moon on the 16th, and night before, surrounds you in a shimmering, golden light and creates a stress-free weekend. Time spent with a partner can be fun and theatrical with a nice touch of elegance. Life becomes more mysterious on the 18th. Some spiritual experiences will stir you on an emotional level. It will be too confusing to define what you could experience. It will be better to simply express your feelings about matters. The full Moon on the 16th makes it easier to show emotions as the Moon affords that. The 18th takes you deeper into this emotional swamp, which is filled by the tears of sadness. That doesn’t mean your tears, but you have great empathy for those who shed them. Answers can be found in occult studies, but most Leos seem to fear other supernatural places besides their own religious beliefs. This next 30 days of Pisces is also a time of heightened arousal. Any lustful actions must always pass through the disinfectant properties of the Leo Sun. You are about “love”, so now is your time to show it.

CANCER (6/22-7/22): The Lunar New Year starts before midnight to start the 1st for us in the high desert area. To be exact, that would be at 10:46 pm mst on 1/31. February is the only month that can never have a “blue Moon”. The Moon’s synodic orbit is 29.53 days, so even Leap Year could not have a blue Moon in February. The Year of the Tiger should be good to sink your claws into the things you need for your life. The Lunar New Year always lands in your Solar House of friends, dreams and goals, and gaining knowledge. These subjects can fill your mind and the world around you. Your mood shifts to a more idealistic frame of mind. The idealism mixes in with your emotional nature to make quite a stew. As the days go by, you become less influenced by this cosmic combination. Just pure emotion, please. This is a very active month in the World and for our country. You are affected by conditions of the USA because you are the same Sign. There is strength to be found in your personal chart which gets you through the worst of conditions. You are able to flow around obstacles and wash away others. So gather your friends and gather knowledge as February gets underway. Set your sails for the year. That’s all you have to do. GEMINI (5/21-6/21): The retrograde of Mercury ends on the 3rd. Are you feeling a return of your natural energy? Last month you were taken out of the group in some way on some level. The energy for group participation wasn’t there, completely. There may have been intimate reasons for your withdrawal, so to speak. This month can be very passionate for the Twins. That takes a lot for the intellectually minded thinkers of this Sign. If you feel it, just imagine how intense the feelings are for other Signs. Chaperones may be needed for everyone unless it doesn’t matter. So progress reappears for the Twins. Communications are restored for everyone, where needed. There seems to be an ending to an intense connection on the 11th unless there has been a serious commitment to that person. So, if there has been a disconnect from outside involvement, that will change on and after the 14th when Mercury returns to Aquarius. There needs to be caution taken for 10 days until the 24th when the weirdness tends to outpace the agile Gemini brain. Just relax until this little wave passes. It will be a good 10 days to plan long journeys, study higher subjects, form deeper relationships with people of different cultures, and improve communications with a partner unless you are your own partner. Even with that, it will be a great time to think about how you think. What you think about can take you to the unlikeliest of places. Things may appear to be symbolic of other things in your life and they very well could be. It would be good to talk with someone who specializes in interpreting symbols. Taurus Astrological Forecast for February 2022

TAURUS (4/20-5/20): Venus continues its course through the serious and practical Sign of Capricorn. It is in a compatible Sign, so this is good to find logical ways to handle your money and finances. Your earthy nature is stirred by this placement. This is a month about “love”. This can be one of the most romantic Valentine’s Day on record, though I don’t know how that is measured. This time the Pandemic is fading away like it did 102 years ago after 3 years. The Hong Kong Pandemic of 1968 was of a shorter duration, but this means we are in the clear for another 50 years. The planetoid Chiron seems to activate these virus strains every 51 years as it makes one orbit around the Sun. It happens in the Sign of Aries every half century. It falls into the solar 12th house of the Taureans. That makes any illness more likely for your Sign and more annoyingly discomforting. It seems to be the way that the Universe starts us on a new cycle. Chiron makes us aware of a new beginning as it erodes away the outdated structures of our society. The famous stubbornness of a Taurus is made to consider new methods and thought patterns. On a more mundane level, you are able to consider long journeys to expand your new philosophy toward life. Valentine’s Day is super-sized this year. For too long, man and woman have stood apart. There has been a shortage of human touch as we hide our faces from what a smile can signal. This month builds that need for “touch” to an internal frenzy on the 16th, or 2 days before. We may need to spread the germs around again to build our immunity.
