Scorpio Astrological Forecast for April 2019

Scorpio (10/23-11/21): Mars is the ancient ruler of Scorpionic matters. It was meant to rule agriculture, in general. Crops have a beginning and an end, which Scorpio represents. The harvest is the death of the crops, but the life energy continues in the seeds through the winter months, hidden and quiet like a Scorpio can be. When Pluto was added as a co-ruler, it opened some dark doors of destructive power. The discovery of Pluto was also the discovery of nuclear possibilities. Pluto is not always that extreme. It brings mystique to our lives along with a depth of emotional bonds. Passion can be blessing or a curse, just like Pluto itself. You are always reminded to use your powers, carefully. You do well to let nature go through its cycle than to interject an alteration to the process. This month, Pluto slows to a stop before turning retrograde on the 24th for 5 months. Those few days of Pluto standing still are very powerful. Complete and absolute endings occur. This is designed to clear the way for new beginnings. This is seen in nature as old growth is gone and sprouts begin to shoot forth. It’s a time of new growth in society as new promises take root to bring changes. If we keep the varmints out of the garden, we can harvest a healthy result. A healthy country needs a healthy leader if we hope to grow. Remember, the purpose of our Constitution is to nurture the people with every action of the government. We must always question the actions of those in power. Are they working for the people, or just embellishing their own ego? At any rate, there are reasons for mass protests. The 19th has a Full Moon to point out social inequalities, among other things. The Scorpions are reminded that they have a societal responsibility to uphold. Justice can bring peace during this year of truth and justice. Winning is not always a victory.
