Capricorn (12/22-1/19): Saturn will turn retrograde at month’s end. Build what you can until then. There is an important matter, which you may spend the next six months running from. You know of an issue that must be released or resolved. It’s harming your productivity. It can’t be avoided because it will be smack in your face by late September if you ignore it, that long. This is a situation which you can logically deal with, or suffer along until the Universe does it for you, eventually. Meanwhile, there is still the material world to keep your attention. The 7th adds a temporary psychic upsurge to help you in your dealings. You prefer to call it a hunch, but it is good to follow it. The 12th will open the lines to a love connection, despite some disturbing forces that night. A challenge from an authoritative person on the 10th is nothing to fear because you will end that week in the driver’s seat. You will have legal sanction to get things finished by the 29th. When the gears stop grinding at month’s end, it brings an opportunity to share your ideas with potential partners for future projects. You are closing in on a spectacular life changing event. While this is approaching in early 2020, you will notice a new power you have. Your words and personal stance seems to bring changes, easily. Sagittarius (11/22-12/21): Finish as much as you can before the 10th. That’s when your Sign ruler, Jupiter, turns retrograde for 4 months. That day when Jupiter seems to stand still can be a great day of completion and accomplishment. After that, it would be better to review or redo any recent projects. Make plans over the next four months, but there can be big problems with any newly begun construction or presentations. It’s a perfect time to examine events from the start of 2019. As a renowned risk taker, you must be careful having too much fun because your body has its limits. You will be the one to spot flaws, because you have an even more penetrating vision during this retrograde phase. Just rest when you can, eat healthy, and laugh at the limitations this month. This is how you get through the next 4 months. There will still be enough summer left to do your dare-devil stuff. Your soft optimism will carry you through any financial delays. Scorpio (10/23-11/21): Mars is the ancient ruler of Scorpionic matters. It was meant to rule agriculture, in general. Crops have a beginning and an end, which Scorpio represents. The harvest is the death of the crops, but the life energy continues in the seeds through the winter months, hidden and quiet like a Scorpio can be. When Pluto was added as a co-ruler, it opened some dark doors of destructive power. The discovery of Pluto was also the discovery of nuclear possibilities. Pluto is not always that extreme. It brings mystique to our lives along with a depth of emotional bonds. Passion can be blessing or a curse, just like Pluto itself. You are always reminded to use your powers, carefully. You do well to let nature go through its cycle than to interject an alteration to the process. This month, Pluto slows to a stop before turning retrograde on the 24th for 5 months. Those few days of Pluto standing still are very powerful. Complete and absolute endings occur. This is designed to clear the way for new beginnings. This is seen in nature as old growth is gone and sprouts begin to shoot forth. It’s a time of new growth in society as new promises take root to bring changes. Libra (9/23-10/22): Venus rules the Scales of balance. This gives a measure of value as well as adding beauty to the appearance. This month Venus is said to be “exalted” as it passes through the Sign of Pisces. Be merciful to those who gaze upon your face, or who challenge your values. This position of Venus also bestows excellent health, or healing where needed. Often a change of medicine can solve the problem. You are healthiest when in a healthy relationship. A toxic romance is the worst thing that could happen to a Libra. Your Sign is easily scared or charmen into taking whatever the doctor prescribes. Your body would do better with natural health remedies, in case you were unsure about that. This month is perfect to clear up any unfinished chores at home. You may have an itch to renovate your surroundings. This is a good time to find the perfect service workers, once you decide. Some have already made that decision last month when you figured out what is stressing you out at home. The urge to travel is made even more compelling by a partner, ready to go. The stars say to go for it. Places with an ancient history are best. The 14th should be the best day this month. The 19th sees a conflict resolved.
