CANCER (6/22-7/22): The New Moon happens at 2:04pm, on 2/4. Numbers are said to describe the structure of the world. These numbers seem to point to the structure of home and family. Emotional tirades are likely as this numeric energy builds during the month. For the Crab Tribe, there could be endings signified by this New Moon. Endings can strike an emotional chord, but this is actually a yearly clearing of clutter more than anything else. Of course, there can be sad endings for some, but irreplaceable parts of your life do get replaced and we continue to claw our way through life. The key for this month is found in our ability to talk with others for mutual benefits. After a big scare on the 1st, things begin to settle down. People are drawn together to discuss issues that need discussing. It’s like being sucked into thinking about a border wall as our country sinks slowly into the sea. A Cancer can feel the need for better infrastructure, inside their own bodies. You can hear the sounds of suffering without hearing a sound. You can feel the desperation in the lives of the desperate. You want to feed the hungry and dry the tears of the victims. There’s only so much you can do. There’s only one of you. This is the month for discussions, so your voice can reach many. Your words can bring hope, and activate the consciousness in others, this month and always. The work then follows. That begins with the Full Moon (another Supermoon) on the 19th. The Moon is the symbolic ruler of the people. The people are being stirred into doing the necessary work to change what’s going on, by this Moon in Virgo. Demonstrations are good, but they are nothing without the work.
