PISCES (2/19-3/20): Both of your Ruling Planets are retrograde this month. That tends to turn your mind inward as emotions swirl on the surface of your awareness. This is not a good time to make major financial advances or decisions. It is a good time to plan for appropriate actions at a future time. Those of you in a relationship can rely on your partner to take charge for a few months. Jupiter stays retrograde until late November, followed by Neptune turning forward in early December.
